A nightlight in the dark Lyridz Plug-in LED Rotatable Night Light
I’m going to go on a bit about these little LED Rotatable Night Lights since I think they are pretty neat. I must admit I have always been what I call a dark walker. I prefer not to have bright lights shock my half-sleeping eyes into an array of flashing bursts of light and near blindness when I wake in the middle of the night. In the myriad of nightlights I have tried I found this little gem that hits all the pluses for me.
Yes, this nightlight does use a bit of electricity as it’s a plug-in but electrical use should be minimal as this is not an always on type of light. It is the best thing that has happened to my sensitive eyes. This little light is all about your needs with 300-degree rotation (so if you don’t want the light to flash on in your face you can turn towards the wall for a backlight feature) and the light has a dimming feature so you have the option of 0-150 lumens. Maybe you like a bright light as you walk into a dark room or if are like me, you require a more subtle approach and need a low light to remind you where there are things you can trip over. You can use the dimming function to create a more subtle light as you enter the room.
My favorite thing about this nightlight is that it has a motion sensor feature. And it is sensitive (not in a I have feelings sort of way) so when you come around the dark corner it lights the way. The specs say about 16ft motion detection. I have not measured that, but the light is quite sensitive where I have it plugged in which is about 10 foot motion detection And you don’t have to worry about turning the light off during the day if you have a bright room. The light will not activate if the ambient light is bright enough, but you do have the option to switch to OFF. The 3 settings available are OFF, Auto 60 and Auto 120, so the light will turn off automatically in 60 or 120 seconds once motion has stopped.
There are 2 color options for the lightbulb, Amber or Warm White. Either color works well since you can rotate 300 degrees and turn the light toward you or facing the wall so this is really a personal preference.
All in all the Lyridz Plug-in LED Rotatable Night Light is a good value and you get 2 lights for the price. I would recommend this Nightlight as it has some very useful features and is easy to set-up and use.
